Most of the leaders working with Naboth and Alice are young men and women who deeply love the Lord but are ill-equipped for the tasks facing them. Many of them have never received any formal education at while others have received only primary school education.  Pastor Naboth with Church Laining Leaders after Bible training Session More disturbing to Naboth and Alice, however, is the lack of adequate information about ministry. Virtually all the leaders have even never had the most basic instruction about ministry. They also lack clear knowledge of foundation doctrines of the Christian faith. To alleviate this situation, Naboth and Alice have opened up a Bible Training Institute. The institute provides intensive short term courses in foundational Christian doctrine and ministry, for the start. The courses are residential, lasting one month at a time. Three courses are held in one year. Emphasis is laid on how to do ministry within the rural African context. The institute admits any one called to the ministry but priority is given to those already in leadership positions. Courses taught in English with interpretation into all the local languages of students who won't be able to understand English. Both leaders from The Redeemed Church and from other churches are accepted. The institute is located with in the compound of Rwebishuri Central Redeemed Church. Dormitories to house students are already available. A fee of not more than 10 dollars per student is charged to cover costs for scholastic materials. Accommodation and food will be free. Naboth and Alice are seeking for an already well established Bible school with which they can promote this project.
 Giving out of Bibles to Leaders They are aware of their limitations and so they are looking for people with expertise on how to and run a Bible institute. At present, there is a school of ministry being conducted with in the same facilities of Rwebishuri Central Redeemed Church by naboth and alice.
